A love of metalsmithing almost led Danielle DeLuca-Pytell to pursue a career as an artist. Realizing she could combine her artistic talents with science led her to become a plastic surgeon. A graduate of Michigan State University, College of Human Medicine.

DeLuca-Pytell completed her Chief Residency in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. She additionally completed a rigorous Cosmetic Surgery Fellowship at the Institute of Aesthetic Surgery and Medicine in Mount Kisco, New York. She is Board Certified in Plastic Surgery.

Dr. DeLuca-Pytell has published multiple articles in surgical journals such as Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the textbook Breast Augmentation. Due to her extensive research and expertise, she has lectured at national scientific meetings for aesthetic surgery.

Dr. DeLuca-Pytell specializes in breast and body contouring, both cosmetic and reconstructive, facial cosmetic surgery, breast reconstruction for women with breast cancer, cosmetic surgery after weight loss, and hair transplantation. Because of her skill in nonsurgical facial rejuvenation, she instructs other medical professionals in the use of injectable fillers. She is also fluent in reconstructive surgery for skin cancer and burns.

Throughout her training, Dr. DeLuca-Pytell received honors and awards from nationally recognized societies acknowledging her commitment to excellence in her profession. She is a member of the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society and the American College of Surgeons. She was recently awarded the Compassionate Doctor Award by In addition to her professional experience, she makes time to volunteer within her community.
